We sought to change this status quo because emailing back and forth takes up too much time and can be susceptible to errors (such as weekly picks submission emails going to junk mail etc). We knew that the overall submission process was too clunky, and it caused too many headaches for customers. To solve this, we created an online login submission form.

Now armed with the online submission form, clients are able to log-in with their own unique credentials and submit their contest picks at any time before their contest deadlines. This makes for a much smoother weekly picks transaction with less headaches. No more multiple emails back and forth. We are proud to have set a new industry standard by creating the online submission form. Our clients love it and rave about how user friendly it is.

2. No More Auto-Gratuity

Another industry status quo that we are proud to have positively changed is the auto-gratuity process. Before we came into the business, almost all proxy services charged an automatic gratuity amount of 3% to all contest winners. We simply thought this was a bad business practice.

How annoying is it when you see a tip automatically added to your bill at a restaurant? It is an automatic turnoff. We decided instead to put more faith in our clients by never automatically adding gratuity.

Our belief is that if we provide outstanding customer service, our clients will reward us when they win. Over the years this belief has proven to be true. If you take good care of people, people will take good care of you!
